3 Best Natural Testosterone Boosters

Men are under biological assault

Soy products, pharmaceuticals in the water, toxins in the air, we get it from every angle. It’s enough to make you want to throw your hands up. Plastic leeching from your favorite foods and bottled water is effecting your hormones.

Low testosterone is an epidemic and it looks like there’s no end in sight. We’re becoming soft…lazy…impotent as a species and as a gender. There are ways to combat it though. For an overall look at increasing testosterone I recommend :

Everything is covered in there. I’ve been following Jay’s podcast and Twitter for over a year. There’s a reason why this book has a perfect 5 star rating. If you’re a man, especially over 30, you NEED this book.

I personally do not do everything recommended in the book. One thing I don’t participate in is TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). For one I don’t need it, but I also fundamentally disagree with adding hormones from external sources to your body.

Not knocking anyone who does, I just don’t care for it currently. I rather manipulate what I already have available in my body for maximum effectiveness.

1. Red Supplements Red Growth

Red Growth features a number of ingredients that most other test boosters and muscle gainers have. 1 – DHEA is present which is a form of DHEA that converts to 1-Testosterone with out increasing Estrogen. Increases pump, growth, and decreases recovery time. It must be cycled to remain safe.

NMDA is D-Aspartic-Acid already broken down. Therefore it’s water soluble and 100 times more powerful for increasing testosterone than D-Aspartic-Acid.

These two ingredients combined are worth it alone. It also contains Mucuna Pruriens which increases L-Dopa, mood, and recovery.

This is the best supplement in my opinion and you can’t go wrong with it.

2. Mahler’s Aggressive Strength T Booster & EC

This combination is fantastic. It’s also a supplement that only has herbs and is chemical free. Stinging nettles, Mucuna Pruriens, and Ashwagandha. Three herbs that increase mood, recovery. Ashwagandha is a potent adaptogen that lowers stress, assists sleep, which are critical components of Testosterone production.

This is the one I’ve used most often with excellent results. I think the biggest jump in output was with Red Growth though.

3. Blue Up

This is one I used years ago under the name “Blue Growth” It’s ingredients slights changed from that time. But the most important one, Longjack, is still in it. It has Tribulis in it now which… efficacy is questionable. It also has Yohimbe which can increase heart rate and make it harder to sleep depending on when you take it.

It’s the only one with longjack though. I cycle Longjack (Tongkat Ali) with everything now. It’s that good.

I’d try these and see which one your body responds to best. I took these a  certain order so what works for me may be different for you. But I’ve found these 3 to be the most effective and contain the best ingredients. There is a lot of ineffective trash on the markets. So getting a hold of good T-boosters is vital for effective muscle growth.
